Do I need to know anything about AI or automation?

Not at all. The audit is specifically designed for people who don't have a tech background. You just need to know your own business - I'll handle the rest.

What if my business is too simple to automate?

It almost certainly isn't. In 5+ years of working with small businesses, I've never found one without at least 2–3 meaningful automation opportunities. If I can't find them in our session, you get a full refund.

What tools will you recommend?

Only ones that match your situation. Your tech comfort level, your budget, and whether you want to DIY or have it built. I work across n8n, Make, Zapier, Notion, and custom AI setups. I'll tell you exactly what fits you, not what's trendy.

Is this a sales call for the Freedom Program?

No. The Automation Audit is a standalone service. At the end of the call I'll mention what it would look like to work together on the build, but only if it genuinely makes sense, and only once. The value is in the roadmap you receive regardless.

Can I use the roadmap myself, without hiring you?

Absolutely. That's the point. Every recommendation will include the tool, a difficulty rating, and resources to get started. Some clients do it themselves, some come back to have me build it. Both are completely fine.
